Tarica Hillman, LICSW
Founder of The Therapy Spot
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, born and raised in Alabama, with over 9 years of experience in the mental health field. I earned both my Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Social Work from Alabama A&M University in 2013 and 2014, and since then, I’ve been dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and tap into their resilience.
I specialize in working with teens and adults, with a passion for supporting women who are used to being the “strong one”—managing responsibilities, relationships, and expectations while silently struggling with anxiety, overwhelm, and emotional burnout. I also work with individuals facing depression, stress, substance use, and major life transitions.
My approach is collaborative, client-centered, and grounded in evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, and Supportive Therapy. I strive to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and supported while gaining practical tools to navigate life more confidently.
I believe that no matter where you are in your journey, you have the capacity to grow, heal, and create a life that feels more balanced and aligned. Whether you’re just beginning or continuing your healing journey, I’m here to walk alongside you every step of the way.
Let’s work together to help you feel empowered to move forward with clarity, confidence, and intention.

Stacie Rolfe, LICSW

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 24 years of experience supporting individuals and families through life’s challenges. Originally from Alabama, I’ve dedicated my career to helping kids, teens, and adults navigate life transitions while managing anxiety, depression, and overwhelming emotions.
I work with adolescents, young adults, and adults who may be facing separation, loss, or significant life changes. I also provide compassionate, individualized support to clients and their loved ones as they adjust to the cognitive, emotional, and behavioral shifts that can follow difficult experiences. I understand the unique challenges each stage of life brings and strive to create a space where healing, stability, and resilience can grow.
My approach is collaborative and client-centered, drawing from evidence-based practices to meet you where you are. I believe that no matter your starting point, you have the capacity to grow, heal, and create a life that feels balanced and fulfilling—and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
