Let’s be honest, life can feel like a lot sometimes. Work deadlines, family responsibilities, personal goals, and unexpected changes all seem to collide at once. I can admit that there are times when both work and life have challenged me at the same time, and I’ve felt completely overwhelmed. When those moments hit, my old pattern was to escape my emotions. I’d lose myself in a series, episode after episode, because it was easier to tune out than to face what I was feeling. B
